Cookies and Cream Dessert Cups is a rich, decadent dessert that the whole family will adore. White Chocolate and cream are gently melted together. Combined with whipped cream, vanilla and crushed cookies, this simplified chocolate mousse is easy to make and guaranteed to impress - give it a go!
Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
White chocolate | 100 Gram | |
Cream cheese | 125 Gram (at room temperature) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Icing sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Powdered Sugar) | |
Oreo cookies | 16 , roughly crushed (plus extra for garnishing) |
MAKING:
In a saucepan, combine cream and white chocolate.
Stir on low heat until well combined. Once done, allow to cool.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, icing sugar, chocolate mixture and mix until smooth using an electric mixer.
In another bowl whip cream and add to cream cheese mixture.
Fold in oreo and mix slowly.
Spoon into serving glasses and garnish with crushed cookies.
Chill until set.
