Ingredients
  Bread loaf 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 piece)
  Crumbled corn bread 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sausage meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, minced
  Celery stalks 2 , minced
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Getting ready
1.Start by slicing the bread
MAKING
2.In a slow oven, brown the bread lightly
3.Now shred it finely and mix properly with remaining ingredients
4.In a bowl, moisten with warm water until it will just hold together
SERVING
5.Serve as a filling in a turkey
TIPS
Can fill a 16 pound turkey
