Broiled Cornbread Liver Patties
|Liver||1 1⁄2 Pound (Beef Or Pork)|
|Stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornbread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
Pour stock over liver, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove liver from stock.
Grind in blender.
Combine liver with remaining ingredients.
Add enough stock to moisten mixture.
Shape into patties.
Broil, about 4 inches from heat, until brown on each side.
