Broiled Cornbread Liver Patties

Ingredients
  Liver 1 1⁄2 Pound (Beef Or Pork)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cornbread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
Directions

Pour stock over liver, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove liver from stock.
Grind in blender.
Combine liver with remaining ingredients.
Add enough stock to moisten mixture.
Shape into patties.
Broil, about 4 inches from heat, until brown on each side.
