Jalapeno Corn bread

Ingredients
  Stone ground corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsulphured molasses 2 Teaspoon
  Low sodium baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 1 , grated
  Jalapeno peppers 2 , chopped
  Unrefined corn germ oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn kernels 1 Cup (16 tbs) (From 3 Ears)
  Grated sharp cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients and pour into an oiled, hot 8x8 inch pan.
Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until brown and crisp on top.
Eat hot.
