|Yellow cornmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||16 Ounce|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended.
Add yogurt and eggs, stir just until mixed.
Coat a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray, place pan in oven at 400Â° for 2 minutes.
Remove from oven, and immediately pour batter into pan; bake at 400Â° for 20 minutes.
