Honey Cornbread

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (yellow)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
Combine buttermilk, oil, eggs, and honey; add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
Pour batter into a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into 2-inch squares to serve.
