Fresh Corn Cornbread

  Corn on the cob 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into well-greased casserole and bake for 1 hour, or until set and knife comes out clean when inserted in center. This is a "spoon bread" that is delicious served instead of traditional bread as an accompaniment to a meal.
