Corn Bread Or Corn Muffin Mix

Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly.
3) Use a pastry blender, two knives, or fingers, to cut in shortening.

SERVING
4) Use to prepare muffins or store in airtight container in cool, humid-free place for 6 months.

with this mix can have quick muff. for stewand soups presume just add liq. in any recipe
