Corn Bread Stuffing

Are you looking for a yummy Corn Bread Stuffing recipe? A delicious Side Dish, this one completes your spread! I typically like to serve it stuffed in a turkey, but any suggestions are welcome!!
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn bread crumbs||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooking sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a skillet, add margarine and heat.
2) Add onion, celery, and parsley and saute for about 5 minutes or till tender.
3) Add the remaining ingredients.
4) Mix well.
5) Stuff into turkey and serve.
