Jalapeno Corn Bread
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream style corn||1 Can (10 oz) (No. 2)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Long horn cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Jalapeno peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
1)In a bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, oil, eggs, corn, baking powder and salt together.
2)Take a greased 9-inch square pan and pour half of the batter into it.
3)Spread onion, cheese and peppers on it and then pour remaining batter.
4)Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
5)Slice the jalapeno corn bread and serve with main course.
