Everyday Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder and soda and salt together; add butter milk and eggs to it
2. For a crisp corn bread, bake it in a shallow pan sprayed with vegetable coating; or, use a deep dish to get thicker servings
3. Bake in an oven preheated to 425° for half an hour or less

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
