|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1)Preheat the oven to 425 Deg F.
2) Sift the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt; add the cornmeal.
3) In another bowl, beat the egg with the yogurt and oil; pour the liquid mixture all at once into the flour mixture and stir gently; pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 min.
5) Slice and serve on a nice dish.
