Entire Cornmeal Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Buttermilk/Yogurt / sour milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter/Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In an 9x9x2-inch pan, melt butter and keep aside.

MAKING
2) In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, stir in buttermilk , add the dry ingredients, melted butter, blend well.
3) In the greased pan, add the mixture and bake in the oven at 400 Deg F for about 30 min.

SERVING
4) Slice and serve on a nice plate.
