Entire Cornmeal Bread
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Buttermilk/Yogurt / sour milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Yellow cornmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Oil||3 Tablespoon|
1) In an 9x9x2-inch pan, melt butter and keep aside.
2) In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, stir in buttermilk , add the dry ingredients, melted butter, blend well.
3) In the greased pan, add the mixture and bake in the oven at 400 Deg F for about 30 min.
4) Slice and serve on a nice plate.
