Ingredients
  Basic cornmeal mix 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Heat oven to 450°.
Mix all ingredients (batter will be slightly lumpy).
Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 or 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
