Corn Bread Stuffing
|Thinly sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn muffin mix||24 Ounce, baked and crumbled (2 Packages,12 Ounce Each)|
|Chicken broth/Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 3-quart casserole dish, combine celery, onion and butter.
Heat at high6 to 7 minutes, or until celery and onion are tender; stir twice.
Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at medium-LOW 10 to 11 minutes, or until heated through.
