Ingredients
  Thinly sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn muffin mix 24 Ounce, baked and crumbled (2 Packages,12 Ounce Each)
  Eggs 2
  Chicken broth/Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In 3-quart casserole dish, combine celery, onion and butter.
Heat at high6 to 7 minutes, or until celery and onion are tender; stir twice.
Add remaining ingredients; combine thoroughly.
Heat, covered with glass lid, at medium-LOW 10 to 11 minutes, or until heated through.
