Cheese Corn Bread
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Well beaten egg||1|
|Corn muffin mix||14 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
Blend milk and mustard and add beaten egg.
Combine corn muffin mix and Parmesan cheese.
Add milk mixture, stirring till just mixed.
Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a hot oven (400°) for 18 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top and bake 1 minute longer or until cheese is slightly melted.
