|Sifted flour||4 Ounce (125 Gram, Plain)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Polenta||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Milk||8 Ounce (1 Cup / 250 Milliliter)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
1. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Stir in sugar and polenta. Add eggs, milk and melted butter. Beat until just smooth.
2. Pour into a 23 x 23 x 5 cm / 9 x 9 x 2 in tin lined with baking paper and bake at 220°C / 440°F / Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes.
3.Remove from tin and cut into squares to serve with butter.
