Ingredients
  Sifted flour 4 Ounce (125 Gram, Plain)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Polenta 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 8 Ounce (1 Cup / 250 Milliliter)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

1. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Stir in sugar and polenta. Add eggs, milk and melted butter. Beat until just smooth.
2. Pour into a 23 x 23 x 5 cm / 9 x 9 x 2 in tin lined with baking paper and bake at 220°C / 440°F / Gas 7 for 20-25 minutes.
3.Remove from tin and cut into squares to serve with butter.
