Chili Cornbread Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Double cheddar cheese sauce||16 Ounce (1 Jar, Cheese Creation)|
|Canned red kidney beans||16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Cornbread mix||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in Cheese Creations Sauce, beans, corn and chili powder.
2. Meanwhile, prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Do not bake.
3. In ungreased 2-quart baking dish, spread ground beef mixture. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cornbread comes out clean and top is golden.
