Ingredients

Almond flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (Bobs Redmill)
Coconut flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Bobs Redmill)
Wheat protein isolate 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy grits 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Melted unsalted butter 4 Tablespoon
Splenda 1 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 , beaten
Calorie countdown milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Frozen spinach 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , defrost and squeeze out all liquid
Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
Gorgonzola cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together. Then set aside.

Mix the wet ingredients together and pour into the dry mixture.

Pour mixture into a 9 inch dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
