Beef And Corn Bread Supper

Ingredients
  Ground round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream of asparagus soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Finely chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Green pepper rings 6
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown the ground steak in a skillet.
Add the soup, onion and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sift the flour, corn-meal, baking powder and salt together into a medium bowl.
Add the oil and milk and beat until smooth.
Pour over beef mixture in skillet and spread to edge.
Top with green pepper rings.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
