Eunice's Meat And Corn Bread Pie
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Ground round steak||1 Pound|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Green peas||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz) (Or 1 No. 303 Can)|
Melt the margarine in a large, heavy frying pan.
Add the onion and saute over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the ground round and cook over medium heat until brown, breaking up ground round.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in the soup and peas and cook for 1 minute.
Pour into a 3-quart baking dish.
