|Cornmeal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix together thoroughly cornmeal, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
Mix egg, milk, honey, and oil in small bowl.
Add to cornmeal mixture.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened; batter will be lumpy.
Pour into greased baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
