Corny Corn Bread
|Corn muffin mix||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned whole kernel corn with sweet peppers||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Combine the muffin mix, corn, mustard and onion in a bowl.
Add the egg and milk and blend well.
Spread in a greased skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
