Topper Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Corn bread mix 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Shredded sharp process american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook the onion in butter until tender but not brown.
Prepare the corn bread mix according to package directions and place in a greased 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Sprinkle onion over cheese, then sprinkle with celery seed.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
Serve at once.
