|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown rice flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat non instant milk powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Safflower oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Stir gelatin into cold water and dissolve over low heat.
Combine dry ingredients.
Slowly add oil and honey.
Stir in half of cornmeal mixture.
Add gelatin and remaining cornmeal.
Stir just to mix.
Pour batter into well-greased 7-inch-square pan.
Bake at 350° 30-40 minutes.
