Green Chile Cheese Corn Bread
|Self rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (2 Tablespoon Sugar + 1 1/2 Packets Sweet 'N Low)|
|Egg beaters||1 , beaten|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated nonfat cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Liquid butter buds/4 tablespoon promise ultra fat-free margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned chopped green chiles||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained|
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray square pan with non-fat cooking spray (9 x 9 x 2 inches).
Measure all ingredients in order listed in bowl; stir just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Spread evenly in pan.
Bake in a 9-inch pan 35 minutes or until golden brown.
