Green Chile Cheese Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Self rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (2 Tablespoon Sugar + 1 1/2 Packets Sweet 'N Low)
  Egg beaters 1 , beaten
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated nonfat cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Liquid butter buds/4 tablespoon promise ultra fat-free margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chopped green chiles 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
Directions

Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray square pan with non-fat cooking spray (9 x 9 x 2 inches).
Measure all ingredients in order listed in bowl; stir just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Spread evenly in pan.
Bake in a 9-inch pan 35 minutes or until golden brown.
