|Yellow cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Combine dry ingredients.
3. Add milk, eggs, and oil. Blend well.
4. Pour into 9- X 9-inch baking pan sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 12 portions.
