Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour milk/Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs slightly, then add all other ingredients.
Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine in pan and add batter.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
Adding batter to the melted butter in a shallow pan makes a syrupy crust.
