Crunchy Cornbread

Ingredients
  Vanilla pudding 1 Bag (1 kg)
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All pupose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190.5 degrees C). Spray or lightly grease muffin tin.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in milk and basic vanilla oil until well combined.
3. Pour batter into a large zip lock bag and from there squeeze batter into muffin tin until each tin is half way full.
4. Bake for about 20-23 Minutes, or until light golden brown.

SERVING
5. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
