|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Honey/Dark brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the corn-meal, flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir just enough to moisten. Turn into an oiled 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
