Basic Cornbread

Ingredients
  Stone ground yellow cornmeal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Stone ground whole wheat flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non-fat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Honey/Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the corn-meal, flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir just enough to moisten. Turn into an oiled 8-inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
