Savory Corn Bread Stuffing

  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken flavor instant bouillon/4 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes 4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Bulk sausage 1 Pound, browned and drained
  Corn bread stuffing mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Poultry seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

In large skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and onion in margarine until tender.
In large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water.
Add sausage, mushroom mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting.
Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot.
Refrigerate leftovers.
