Blue Corn Bread

This Blue Corn Bread was so delicious that I couldn't stand not to share it. I would say you have really missed something if you do not try this Blue Corn Bread. So do make it!
Ingredients
  Blue cornmeal 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Barley flour/Any flour 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Aluminum free baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Honey/Maple syrup 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg/Egg replacer 1 , beaten
  Water/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine liquids and slowly add to combined dry ingredients.
Oil bread or muffin pan.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, until top and sides become golden brown.
