Blue Corn Bread
This Blue Corn Bread was so delicious that I couldn't stand not to share it. I would say you have really missed something if you do not try this Blue Corn Bread. So do make it!
|Blue cornmeal||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Barley flour/Any flour||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Aluminum free baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Honey/Maple syrup||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Egg/Egg replacer||1 , beaten|
|Water/Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine liquids and slowly add to combined dry ingredients.
Oil bread or muffin pan.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, until top and sides become golden brown.
