Country Cornbread Brunch

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 6 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skillet cornbread 1
  Onions 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Crumbled bacon 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk; cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Add salt and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
