Solar Cooked Cornbread

An experiment recipe tried on a solar heater. The combination of buttermilk pancake mix and cornmeal works wonders to produce a tasty cornbread.
Ingredients
  Buttermilk pancake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Melted margarine/Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine cornmeal, pancake mix and sugar, margarine or butter and water well. Then pour it into a greased pan. Place the pan in a solar heater and cook the cornbread for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
