|Dry yeast||4 Teaspoon|
|Lukewarm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Skim milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water and allow to stand for ten minutes.
Combine in a mixing bowl: corn meal, oat and soy flours, skim milk powder, salt and nutritional yeast, if desired.
Combine honey, oil and beaten eggs and add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
Gradually add dissolved yeast mixture, blending well into other ingredients.
Pour batter into a well oiled (9 x 9 inch) square pan.
Place pan in warm area and allow corn bread to rise thirty to forty minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
