Golden Corn Bread

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, and sugar.
2. Add milk, egg whites, oil, and salt. Mix well.
3. Bake in a nonstick 9 inch square pan at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
