Golden Corn Bread

|Corn meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine flour, corn meal, baking powder, and sugar.
2. Add milk, egg whites, oil, and salt. Mix well.
3. Bake in a nonstick 9 inch square pan at 425Â° for 20 to 25 minutes.
