|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil/Melted fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add to cornmeal mixture, stir just enough to mix.
Fill greased pan half full.
Bake at 425°F 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
