Curried Corn Nut And Sunflower Seed Nibble! A yummy and addictive snack that my husband has fallen in love with. I made this easy to make Curried Corn Nut And Sunflower Seed Nibble last weekend when I had some unexpected guests. Believe me, I prepared it in no time and it was a success too. Ingredients
  Corn nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (mild or hot)
  Dark raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.combine the corn nuts, sunflower seeds, sugar, and oil in a small, oven-safe bowl and toss to blend.
Transfer the bowl to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the nuts from the oven, toss with the curry powder, and stir in the raisins.
Let the mixture cool.
Store in airtight containers
