|Green peppers||2 , diced|

|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Potatoes||6 , cooked and sliced|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
Cut corn from cob.
Place in saucepan; add next 7 ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Add salt to taste; place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese, and eggs in serving dish; top with corn sauce
