Chili Hominy Skillet

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Canned yellow hominy 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili seasoning mix 2 Tablespoon
  Onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded natural cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Brown the beef; drain off fat.
Stir in hominy, green pepper, water, chili seasoning, and soup mix.
Cook and stir till heated through, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over; cover and cook till cheese melts.
Serves 4.
