Corn Fritatta is simply irresistible, to say the least! Try this Corn Fritatta; I am sure you'll have a huge fan following for this one.
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Velveeta cheese/Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce|
|Canned creamed corn||17 Ounce|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ham slices||1 Pound, pressed, diced|
Put 2 cups cooked rice in baking dish.
Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese.
Combine corn, Swiss cheese, eggs and diced ham.
Pour over rice.
Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
