|Pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned hominy||3 Cup (48 tbs), drained|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned tomato soup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seasoned bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a medium-size skillet cook the pork sausage until the fat begins to come off it.
Add the hominy and onion; cook until all are browned and blended.
Add the tomato soup and salt; stir until hot.
To serve this, top the hot hominy with the seasoned bread crumbs.
It looks hefty and tastes good, too.
