|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Bell pepper||1 , chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Whole kernel corn||1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz), drained|
|Canned tomatoes||17 Ounce, drained|
|Egg noodles||10 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Velveeta cheese slices||8|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Combine ground beef, bell pepper and onion.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large casserole, alternate layers of meat mixture, corn, tomatoes, egg noodles, cheese and soup.
Bake, uncovered, in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes.
