Creamy Baked Corn With Zucchini And Red Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat wholegrain bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream style corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine scallions, red pepper, and zucchini. Add corn and white pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer corn mixture to an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
