|Chopped scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pepper white||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Non fat wholegrain bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped zucchini||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream style corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine scallions, red pepper, and zucchini. Add corn and white pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer corn mixture to an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
