Angel Corn Sticks

Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry yeast 1
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine eggs, buttermilk, and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring until batter is smooth.
Spoon the batter into well-greased cast-iron corn-stick pans, filling half full.
Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
