Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh corn ears||20|
|Dried salad herbs||1 Teaspoon|
1)Combine butter, parsley, chives, and salad herbs, mix it well and set it aside.
2)Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking.
3)Boil water and add corn.
4)Cook 8 to 10 minutes and drain well.
5)Spread the butter mixture over hot corn.
6)Serve it hot. servings.
