Corn on the Cob
|Very fresh corn ears||4|
1) In steamer, boil the water.
2) Shuck corn.
3) Cook the corn in boiled water for about 5 minutes, only until tender.
4) Remove the corn from steamer and place in serving dish, covered with cloth.
5) Sprinkle corn with salt and pepper, if desired.
6) Serve hot as snack.
