Barbecued Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
  Corn cobs 6
  Butter 175 Gram, softened
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Thyme 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Add the corn cobs into boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain.
2) On individual pieces of foil, add each cob.
3) In a bowl, add the butter and cream till soft, then mix in the herbs.
4) Divide the butter between the corn and spread over the top. Sprinkle with pepper.
5) Fold the foil and form enclosed parcels, leaving no gap for the butter to run.
6) Place over barbeque coals and cook for 20-25 minutes till tender.

SERVING
7) Serve hot with lemon juice.
