Roasted Dilly Corn

Ingredients
  Ears of corn in husks 6
  Soft butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 5 , crushed
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Msg 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Loosen husks of corn and remove silk.
2) In a large bowl add cold water. Soak corn for 30 minutes or longer.
3) Drain out from water before cooking.

MAKING
4) In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
5) Spread the mixture evenly over corn.
6) Rewrap the husks and wrap in aluminum foil.
7) Grill the package about 5 inches from coals.
8) Cook for 25 minutes turning frequently.

SERVING
9) Remove foil and husks.
10) Serve piping hot.
