|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Turn the hominy into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Beat the butter into the hominy.
Beat together the remaining ingredients.
Add them to the hominy and mix well.
Set the baking dish into a baking pan with 1 inch of water.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350° F) for about 1 hour or until set and golden.
